Guess what!? God's really been teaching me this week! Are you experiencing difficult times lately? Maybe fighting with your friends, or having disagreements with your spouse, or maybe being pulled in five different directions by family? Well, it's not your fault. December is a difficult month not just because "the holidays are stressful" but because of spiritual warfare!

Tim Tebow: Powered by God
I am a HUGE football fan and BLOG for the San Diego Chargers on Boltbeat.com. Being a Chargers fan one of our biggest rivals is the Denver Broncos. They are one of our biggest rivals, but it is difficult for me to have any hate for their leader Tim Tebow.
I was always a fan of Tebow when he played college out in Florida and loved that he put bible passages on his eye black. I loved that he is always willing to give his glory to God first and he is always ready to stand in front of the controversy and still stand up strong.
Even players that have been known for their faith, like Kurt Warner, have asked him to tone it down a little bit. Other players are giving him grief for all his bible and praying talk. Through all this scrutiny, Tebow still stands tall in what he believes in and has not backed down.
He will be attacked more and more! Hopefully he relies on Jesus like he has been doing and reacts in the proper manner.

Enlarge Your Territory
1 Chronicles 4:9-10 9 Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez, saying, “I gave birth to him in pain.” 10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.Jabez in Hebrew means PAIN
Judges 6:11-13 11 The angel of the LORD came and sat down under the oak in Ophrah that belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, where his son Gideon was threshing wheat in a winepress to keep it from the Midianites. 12 When the angel of the LORD appeared to Gideon, he said, “The LORD is with you, mighty warrior.” 13 “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but if the LORD is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our ancestors told us about when they said, ‘Did not the LORD bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now the LORD has abandoned us and given us into the hand of Midian.”

Jesus State of Mind
Always LOVE worship and here is a little bit of Jesus mixed with that Alicia Keys and New York jam.
The 80/20 Rule
My wife and I are in our bible study yesterday and we are currently studying Dr Emerson and his Love and Respect book. Yesterday we came across the the 80/20 rule.
So this is how the rule basically works, 80% of your partner you absolutely are in love with and is everything you need and then there is 20% that you have to learn how to accept and may not exactly like. She may not be as clean as you may like OR might not watch sports EVERY second of your life, but that is just 20% of your needs.
